Are Leggings Too Revealing

Leggings should be tight enough to show off your figure but not so.

Are leggings too revealing. I also understand that this is a topic that many women feel strongly about so I just wanted to share my POV. The other 26 percent of students said they are too revealing but some also agree that it depends on how they are worn. What are leggings considered.
