After Leg Cramp Soreness
Simple morning exercises such as leg stretches and squats will keep the muscles relaxed and flexible.
After leg cramp soreness. One leg may be more prone to cramping or soreness than the other leg. It usually occurs in the calf muscles although it can affect any part of your leg including your feet and thighs. The muscle may twitch under the skin or feel hard.
